Prevention Permits/Applications
- Tent/Canopy Permit: Please pick up an application at our administrative office. Tent canopy permits must be submitted to Fire Prevention a minimum of 1 week prior to the event.
- Fire Clearance for Cielo Clubhouse Application: Please pick up at our administration office. This application is required when hosting an event at the Cielo Clubhouse where the number of guests exceeds the maximum allowable occupant load of 68. A detailed floorplan must be submitted with this application. A blank floor plan diagram can be obtained from the Homeowners Association office.
- Burn Permits for Arroyo: Please complete the application here. The application must be submitted a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the permit date. This application is to be completed following the approval of the request to the Rancho Santa Fe Association. You will be required to attach the RSF Association Facility Use Permit.
- Knox Applications: All automatic gates across fire access roadways, including driveways, must be equipped with an approved emergency key-operated switch overriding all command functions to open the gate. Automatic gates must meet RSF Fire District policies, deemed necessary by the Chief for rapid, reliable access.You may apply for a Knox Switch online.
